Ernesto de Lima has been appointed Chairman for Colombia and Central America. De Lima will provide strategic oversight and institutional guidance across the region, supporting the executive team in advancing the company’s long-term objectives and strengthening its market position.
Jorge Enrique Pinillos has been named Head of Broking for Colombia and Central America. Pinillos will lead the regional broking strategy, with responsibility for enhancing technical standards, reinforcing client engagement, and developing closer collaboration with insurance partners to support continued commercial growth.
The appointments form part of the company’s broader strategy to reinforce its regional platform and sustain its expansion across Latin America.
