W. R. Berkley Corporation, a commercial lines property and casualty insurance provider, has appointed Erin Rotz as President of Berkley Fire & Marine, effective immediately.
Rotz has over two decades of inland marine and construction underwriting experience.
Most recently, she served as the Head of Builder’s Risk, Inland Marine and Energy Casualty at The Hartford.
Rotz began her career at The Hartford as a Senior Marine Underwriter, eventually advancing to roles of increasing responsibility.
These roles include Construction Practice Leader, Executive Construction Underwriter, Senior Managing Director of Construction & Marine, Assistant Vice President of Construction & Marine Field Sales, Construction & Marine Regional Vice President, and Head of Inland Marine & Builder’s Risk.
