Clarke is set to take over the Board as Chair designate on June 1, 2025, succeeding Colin Keogh as Chair from July 1, 2025.<\/p>\nInternational specialist insurer Hiscox has announced the appointment of Peter Clarke as the Group\u2019s new Chair designate, subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n
Clarke is set to take over the Board as Chair designate on June 1, 2025, succeeding Colin Keogh as Chair from July 1, 2025.<\/p>\n
The executive brings extensive experience from FTSE-listed financial services, having spent much of his Executive career in banking and investment management.<\/p>\n
He also brings board-level experience as a Non-Executive Director for companies such as Axa Investment Managers SA, Sainsbury\u2019s Bank Plc, and most recently as Chair of Lancashire Insurance Holdings Ltd.<\/p>\n
Commenting on the appointment, Aki Hussain, Hiscox Group CEO, said: \u201cPeter\u2019s significant expertise in financial services, his experience of growing businesses in the US, as well as his deep understanding of the big-ticket insurance market make him a great addition to the Board.<\/p>\n
