Jensten Group, a provider of insurance services in the UK, has appointed Jaime Swindle to the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Product & Distribution, subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n

\"jenstenThis appointment follows the recent restructuring<\/a> of the insurer\u2019s executive leadership team and splitting the businesses into two clearly defined trading divisions: Broking, and Product & Distribution.<\/p>\n

To recap, recently Gareth Birch<\/a> was named CEO of Broking.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Swindle will also join Jensten\u2019s Group Executive Committee, and her appointment now completes the group\u2019s strategic restructure and changes to its executive team.<\/p>\n

In her new role, Swindle leads the new Product & Distribution division (date to be confirmed), which includes Jensten\u2019s Schemes & Affinity businesses as well as Jensten Underwriting.<\/p>\n

He will focus on strengthening alignment between product development, underwriting capability and distribution strategy.<\/p>\n

Swindle has several years of industry experience, having led Geo Underwriting over the past four years, where she delivered transformational change and significant growth.<\/p>\n

Robert Organ, Group Chief Executive, Jensten, commented, “I couldn\u2019t be more delighted to be welcoming Jaime into the business. She will make a significant difference and help us to really establish ourselves as a mature competitor in the market.<\/p>\n

“Having brought Bain on board at the end of 2025, had David [McMillan] and Andy [Homer] join our Group Board at the start of the year, and Gareth [Birch] join us to lead our broking division earlier this month, we are now incredibly well positioned to seize the opportunities the market presents us.”<\/p>\n
