Farmers Insurance, the largest property casualty insurer headquartered in California, has appointed John Pham as Chief Strategy & Risk Officer, reporting to Raul Vargas, Chief Executive Officer of Farmers Group.<\/p>\n

Pham will work across the enterprise to help translate strategy into measurable business outcomes, with a focus on execution discipline, operational excellence and technology-enabled improvement.<\/p>\n

Most recently, he served at GEICO, part of Berkshire Hathaway, as Head of Strategic Business Initiatives, responsible for Operational Shared Services.<\/p>\n

In the role, Pham partnered with product, technology and business leaders to improve contact centre automation and customer experience, strengthen enterprise learning and onboarding at scale, establish enterprise-wide quality frameworks, and enhance the use of customer insights to drive process improvements.<\/p>\n

Before this, also at GEICO, he served as the Chief Information Officer, leading large business units with P&L responsibility and implementing new initiatives to drive profitable growth and improve customer service.<\/p>\n
