Global reinsurer Ariel Re has announced the appointments of Sarah Morgan as Head of Property and Reed Gaglio as Head of E&S Property Reinsurance, both effective 1st April, 2026.<\/p>\n

\"ArielMorgan succeeds Mike Cornish, who has held the role at Ariel Re since 2018. Cornish will continue with the company in a new position supporting strategy, new product development and special projects.<\/p>\n

Morgan joined Ariel Re in 2006 and has since been an integral member of the Property underwriting team, developing strong broker and client relationships across the market.<\/p>\n

Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Property Reinsurance at Ariel Re.<\/p>\n

In his new role as Head of E&S Property Reinsurance, Gaglio will lead the next phase of business development, reflecting the increasing strategic importance of the class.<\/p>\n

He joined Ariel Re in 2005 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Property Reinsurance, and Head of Property Reinsurance for Apollo s6133.<\/p>\n

Ariel Re said the leadership updates within its Property underwriting team reinforce its focus on portfolio resilience and long-term strategic growth.<\/p>\n

Morgan commented, \u201cI am proud to step into this role and look forward to working closely with our brokers and clients as we continue to grow the portfolio in a thoughtful and sustainable way.\u201d<\/p>\n
